Highlights of Prince William and Kate Middleton visit to Pakistan

First day of visit Islamabad (14-10-2019)

Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had arrived in Pakistan on 14-10-2019 at Islamabad. They were given a guard of honor and received by the Foreign Minister of Pakistan.

The second day of visit Islamabad(15-10-2019)

On the first day of their visit to Pakistan, there were 4 engagements.

1st: At Islamabad Model  College for Girls, Duke and Duchess heard how students are benefiting from the “Tech for Pakistan” program.

Here Kate was seen wearing

  • A periwinkle blue classic kameez paired with a trouser and two-toned chiffon scarf
  • A pair of wide fit faux suede low block heel shoes ($38)
  • The same earing she was wearing yesterday

2nd: Then visited Margalla Hills which sits in the foothills of Margalla and participated in activities among students.

Here she changed heel to low flat by Russel and Bromley Xpresso Blush Suede. (£ 185)

 

3rd: Then they met Prime minister Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi along with other state ministers, where they offered their thanks for the warm welcome they have received in Pakistan.

The duck was wearing three-piece while Kate was looking gorgeous in a white and green outfit.

4th: At night they reached for a  reception at Pakistan Monument in a Rickshaw a local vehicle hosted by British High Commissioner Thomas Drew.

Duke was wearing a Sherwani buttoned coat by Naushemian when he arrived with Kate.

She was wearing a glittering gown by Jenny Packham (£3640) with bespoke Onitaa London earrings (£ 290) wore a new Jimmy Choo mini 100 Sandals in Silver (£575).

3rd Day Chitral(15-10-2019)

The duke and dutchess of Cambridge visited a settlement of Kalash people in Chitral Nothern Pakistan to learn more about the Kalash community and their unique culture, heritage, and traditions.

People welcomed them with traditional coats and caps and they were presented with a book of photos of Princess Diana’s visit to Chitral back in 1991.

Then they visited mountains where the stark effects of global warming have a profound impact on communities living here.

 

In Bumburet they saw a drill conducted by Volunteers from local emergency Response and Search & Rescue teams.

Fourth day Lahore (17-9-2019 )

At about 12 Pm they had landed in Lahore received by Governer and Chief Minister of Punjab andthey have presented the Royal Highness with remembrance souvenirs.

Duke wore a light blue shirt and dark trousers and Duchess look like a vision in white. Supporting local talent she wore a Gul Ahmed fashion comprising white trousers and a beautiful tunic embroidered with white jasmine flowers national flower of Pakistan($104) and embriody scarf by Maheen Khan rest of the look is summarized in the picture.

 

Then they visited SOS children’s village for orphans where Kate delivered a speech. Here they had participated in a storytelling session and join a birthday party.

Afterward arrived at National Cricket Academy Lahore and have a fun time while playing cricket and Kate changed her heels to shoes and tied her hair.

 

 

Then they arrived at the historical Badshahi Mosque and Duchess had changed into stunning Green Shalwar Kameez by Maheen Khan with a gold pleated feen hoop from Catherine  Zoraida(£150).

They took part in interfaith discussions inside the historical Mosque.

At the end of the day, they spend their time with patients undergoing treatment at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital.

5th day Islamabad(18-10-2019)

After a night’s stays in Lahore due to a horrendous storm last night which forced their plane to abandon its landing(twice) this morning they have departed to Islamabad.

Ps: After the flight delay they had gone back to SOS village and spend 2 hours with the children. This really melts my heart. I like them a lot but after this gesture, I will say they are Duke and Duchess of “heart”.Here are some pics of their SOS village visit.

Last day

 

Today at the army center in Islamabad they joined dog handles as they train dogs to recognize and scout out hidden explosive material.

For last engagement in Islamabad Duchess wore a white kurta, topped with a black coat-dress from Beulah London wore “Xpresso” cross over the flat (£195) from Russell and Bromely and accessorized it with her Acceroizer simple filigree short drop earrings (£5).

 

And its wrap of five days tour to Pakistan

#royalvisitpakistan comes to end and now they are going back to their home. Duke and Duchess of Cambridge did an amazing job. They highlighted important issues and showed the whole world how outstanding Pakistan is.
